By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. 3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. batjee operates a strict 18+ policy. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. batjee makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
3.3 Registration Information. When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. batjee may reject any registration or close any Account where information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
3.4 One Account Policy. Each player may hold only one registered Account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, batjee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances — including any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Real Money Play — held in those accounts.
3.5 Account Verification (KYC). batjee may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any stage, including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal, following a significant account activity event, or as part of routine compliance review. Verification documents may include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. batjee will never ask you for your password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify batjee immediately via the support email [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised. batjee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to notify us in a timely manner.
4.3 Device and Network Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device and network connection you use to access the Platform are secure. batjee recommends using a private, password-protected network and keeping your device software up to date. Accessing the Platform over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks is done at your own risk.
4.4 SSL Encryption. All data transmitted between your device and the batjee Platform is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. However, no internet-based transmission is entirely secure and batjee cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
Important: batjee staff will never contact you requesting your password, full payment card number, or full bank account number. Any communication purporting to be from batjee that requests this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. batjee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). batjee does not apply currency conversion fees for transactions made in BDT via supported Bangladeshi payment methods.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposit requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. batjee aims to process approved withdrawal requests to mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad) within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
5.5 Own-Name Payment Methods. You may only deposit or withdraw using payment accounts registered in your own legal name. batjee will reject any transaction where the payment account name does not correspond to the verified name on your batjee Account. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
5.6 Withdrawal Verification. batjee reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. Such checks may include requests for identity documentation, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of any such checks.
5.7 Unused Balances. Real-money balances that have been dormant (no login or transaction activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative inactivity fee. batjee will notify the Account holder by email prior to applying any such fee.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional offers made available by batjee are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Players are responsible for reading the terms of any promotion before opting in.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of those funds or winnings derived from them can be requested. Wagering Requirements are calculated on the total Bonus Fund amount and must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute at different rates towards the completion of a Wagering Requirement. Unless the promotion terms specify otherwise: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games typically contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded. Specific game contribution rates are set out in the terms of each individual promotion.
6.4 Bonus Eligibility. batjee reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who are deemed to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — may have their Bonus Funds voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
6.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the promotion terms expressly permit stacking, only one bonus offer may be active on a Player's Account at any given time. A new bonus will not be credited until any existing active bonus has been either completed or forfeited.
6.6 Expiry of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without further notice.
7.1 Binding Nature of Bets. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and binding. batjee does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances where batjee determines that a technical error or obvious pricing mistake has occurred.
7.2 Sports Betting — Markets and Odds. All sports betting odds and markets are offered by batjee at its sole discretion. batjee reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or amend any market or odds at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice during an event.
7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned; the odds were clearly published in error; a technical fault affected the recording of the bet; or the bet was placed on a market subsequently found to have been compromised. Void bets are settled by returning the original stake to the Player's Account.
7.4 Casino Games — RNG Certification. All casino games offered on the batjee Platform are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by our partner studios. Game results are determined independently of any external influence. The RNG systems used by our game partners are subject to independent technical auditing.
7.5 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, batjee's system will complete the round according to the game's programmed logic. The result recorded by batjee's server will be considered final. batjee is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
7.6 Maximum Winnings. batjee reserves the right to apply maximum win caps to specific games, markets, or bet types. Where a maximum win cap applies, it will be stated in the relevant game or market terms. Any winnings that would otherwise exceed the applicable cap will be limited to the cap amount.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the batjee Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities:

11.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors and game studios. batjee is not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, or service interruptions of any third-party service provider.
11.5 Cap on Liability. Where batjee is found liable to a Player for any reason, such liability shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
batjee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.4 Finality of batjee Decisions. Where these Terms & Conditions give batjee discretion to make a determination — including in relation to the settlement of bets, void decisions, bonus eligibility, and account actions — batjee's determination shall be final and binding, subject only to any applicable formal complaints procedure.
